Reporting Conversion Errors
If a conversion job fails or yields unexpected results, providing key diagnostic details allows us to isolate the issue quickly:
- Conversion pair: Source format and desired target format
- File size: Approximate file size (must be under 50 MiB)
- Browser/OS: Operating system and browser version
- Error message: Any status badge or text displayed on screen
Feature & Format Requests
We periodically expand our conversion registry. If you frequently need a format not currently listed in our 42 registered pairs:
- Tell us the specific source extension and desired output
- Share whether you prefer client-side or server-side handling
- Highlight any required codec, bitrate, or resolution constraints
